To protect the Amazon, and one-third of all tropical trees that exist on earth, we understand that the main reason for deforestation is the very people from the region that have to participate in destroying the forest to make money.

So the solution is simple although the process is immense. Provide these impoverished communities with economic incentives to completely and finally stabilize deforestation. This is done with new jobs, constructing infrastructure, and spending in the local market. Tourism is our main element.
